Orders within the United Arab Emirates are prepared and dispatched once confirmed. Specific timing is confirmed with you for each order.

Mafaz Jewellery can arrange delivery to supported destinations outside the UAE. Availability, routing and any additional requirements are confirmed with you before dispatch.

Pieces marked as Available are completed and ready to prepare for delivery, subject to verification of your order.

Made-to-Order pieces are produced following confirmation of your order and require production time before dispatch. We will keep you informed throughout.

Bespoke commissions follow a personal timeline agreed with you at the outset of your commission, reflecting the design, sourcing and craftsmanship involved.

Certain high-value pieces may require specialist, tracked or signature-required delivery. Where relevant, this will be explained and confirmed with you before dispatch.

Where insured or specialist delivery is used for an order, the applicable arrangements and responsibility during transit will be confirmed with you.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and other local charges may apply on arrival in the destination country. Unless otherwise expressly stated to you, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and retain all original packaging. If anything appears incorrect, incomplete or damaged, contact us promptly as set out in Returns & Exchanges.
